Waterhouse Ridge Memory Care is strategically focused on resident centered design. Four distinct households were created around a centralized services area to support staff efficiencies.

Each household was designed with numerous common spaces to encourage daily activities and interaction between residents and staff. All of the households receive a plethora of indirect natural daylight and share secure recreational outdoor garden areas.

Willamette Springs offers a home like environment which promotes the health, wellness and safety for residents with dementia.

By focusing on maximizing natural light and views to the outdoors, while creating well proportioned, clearly organized interconnected interior spaces that foster both social interaction and independence, we created an environment that is important to the residents, their families and caregivers.

24 resident  Memory Care that is divided into two separate

neighborhoods. Staff and service areas are efficiently

positioned to serve both neighborhoods.

Resident rooms are clustered around a well daylighted commons area reminiscent of a typical single family home.
